One-page websites for local business in Perth. You pay once and you own all of it.
Most of your customers arrive on a phone, having searched your trade and your suburb. They want four things, and a second page is where those four go to hide.
You do not brief us, wait, and hope. The order is the other way round.
From what is already public about your business. You have not spoken to us yet and it costs you nothing.
A real page at a real address, on your phone. If it is wrong, it is wrong for free.
One price, paid once, for the design and the build. No retainer and nothing to cancel.
Together, on a screen-share. You create the accounts and set the passwords. We deploy into them.
This is the part that makes the one-off price honest. Three accounts, all opened in your name, with you setting the password on each.
Mostly about the catch. There is not one, but that is exactly what someone with a catch would say, so here is the detail.
Because it is quicker to show you than to describe it. We build from what is already public about your business, before we have spoken to you. It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. If you are not interested, ignore us and nothing happens to it.
One payment, once, for the design and the build. No retainer, no monthly fee, nothing that renews. We quote the number when we send you the page, so you are looking at the real thing and the real price at the same time rather than agreeing to one before you have seen the other.
Then you say no and that is the end of it. You have not paid anything, there is no account to close and nothing to cancel. The page comes down.
There is nothing to stop paying. The domain, the hosting and the enquiry form are all opened in your name, with you setting the password on each. If you never speak to us again the site stays up, because none of it runs through us.
You own the files and the accounts, so you can change it yourself, ask us, or hand it to somebody else entirely. We are not holding anything you would have to come back for.
Most people arrive on a phone, having searched your trade and your suburb. They want to know who you are, how to reach you, when you are open and whether you are real. A second page is where those four answers go to hide. One page that answers them beats five that bury them.
Then the question is whether it does those four things on a phone, quickly. If it does, keep it — we will say so. If it is slow, hard to change, or costing you every month for something you cannot edit, that is the case for replacing it.
Three boxes to start. Then we send you the form the page gets built from — hours, services, photos, the things only you know.
